Formed in 2004 Pikeville Kentucky's DOWNTREND fuses hardcore riffs with melodic hooks for a sound that is all their own. The members include Guitarist Josh Crum, Drummer Jay Justice, Bassist Jeremy Justice, and vocalist Mike Jackson. Downtrend is best known for their all out energetic performances as well as being one of the hardest working bands on the scene. In April 2007 Downtrend singed with VISION METAL RECORDS. Their debut (VMR) release"NOVATION" was released in April of 2009. Downtrend is also well known for the excessive amount of charity shows they have performed over the past 5 years.
