The songs Find Yourself & Spear from this record have been featured on the NBC show LIFE and Kim OK has been on a FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS episode. Also the song Go Submarine has been heard on the MTV show I JUST WANT MY PANTS BACK.-----BIO-----Caution Cat is a rock band based in Richmond,VA. created by songwriter and musician VJ Jones in the summer of 2006. The band started as a solo project but now includes friends Chris Williams on drums/percussion and Karen Shealy vocals/various instruments.
