"Stories Without Words" is a solo finger style project by Texas guitarist Steve DeVries.His phenomenal insight into melody and mood vividly paints images of our memeories brushstroked on guitar.At times it's hard to believe there is only one guitar playing,yet with melodic grace,Steve musically returns us to the times memeories are made of.After years of recording for other song writers,Steve decided to release this collection, as well as his recent project"Horizons".Both are recorded without punch-ins,or parallel tracking allowing the listener to hear an honest performance by a truly gifted musician.
